Maintenance-free living is attractive to the residents in our community so you can spend your time at the beach and walking in nature. The following items are covered in HOA dues:
- Trash service
- Lawn maintenance of the common areas
- General landscape maintenance
- Electricity for the parking lighting
- Sign maintenance
- General liability insurance
- Annual accounting and tax services
- Annual website subscription & domain name
- Replacement of road signs after initial development
Annual Dues
Due date: January 31st each year
Annual dues: $480
January 1 to December 31
Transfer fee: $50 (applies to subsequent sales)
HOA invoices are sent out in late December each year via email
2024 HOA invoices were e-mailed on December 26, 2023
Payment Methods
- Check made payable to "Buckhorn Homeowner Association, Inc."
- Money order
- Electronic check or "pay anyone" from your online banking
- Zelle (using HOA email address)
- Post-dated checks will not be accepted
- Checks are deposited upon receipt
- We cannot accept payments over the phone
- NSF fee $25
